The agency has grown from serving the needs of their first customer in January 1990 to thousands of customers across the United States as well as international clients. Larry is a Certified Insurance Counselor and is licensed in all states. He has over 35 years insurance experience. He is appointed with multiple “A+” rated property and casualty insurance companies. His education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and a Masters of Business Administration from Ferris State University. Larry enjoys spending time with his family in Florida, fishing and boating. |

A word about the President: Melissa E. Thum
Melissa is licensed in all states and has over 20 years of insurance experience. She is appointed with multiple “A+” rated property and casualty insurance companies. She has a Bachelor of Science in Insurance from Ferris State University. Melissa is also a member of the following associations: Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce, Young Agents Council, and Michigan Association of Insurance Agents. Melissa is involved in the annual Grand Rapids Chamber EPIC Awards and has served on the EPIC Award committee since 2011. She is passionate about volunteering within her community and enjoys traveling, boating and spending time with family.
